Easy Jet online check-in instructions

Important Information

Low-cost airline EasyJet requires passengers to check in online between 30 days and 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Note: The airline does not offer airport check-in, even for an additional fee – failure to complete online check-in will prevent boarding.

You can check in online here or via the mobile app. Learn more about EasyJet’s low-cost airline regulations.

Note: When traveling to the United Kingdom, passport details for each passenger must be entered individually during the check-in process.

Short Instruction

  • After going to the check-in page, fill in the information in the displayed form.
  • In the “Passenger’s Last Name” field, enter the last name of the first passenger – without the first name and without using Polish characters.
  • In the “Booking Number” field, enter the 7-character electronic ticket number.
  • If you are the only passenger or are checking in for other passengers, check the appropriate box and click “Search.”
  • Fill in the required information and click “Save.”

Important: After confirming the check-in, you must print the boarding passes and bring them to the airport.

If you choose to check in via the mobile app, make sure the airports you are traveling from accept mobile boarding passes.

Step by Step

Step 1

You can check in here.

In the “Passenger’s Last Name” field, enter the last name of the first passenger – omitting the first name and without using Polish characters. In the “Booking Number” field, enter the 7-character code found on the electronic ticket sent by FRU.PL via email, where it is marked as the “Airline Ticket Number.”

If you are the only passenger or wish to check in for your travel companions as well, check the box “Check this box if you are the only passenger or have permission from other individuals included in the booking to complete online check-in on their behalf.” Click “Search” – you will be logged in to the check-in system.

Step 2

The check-in form will appear. Fill in the required information: type of travel document, its expiry date, the country that issued the document, information about nationality, your date of birth, and gender.
When traveling to the United Kingdom, passport details for each passenger must be entered individually.

Step 3

After entering the required information, click “Save and Return to Booking.”

Step 4

Once you have completed online check-in, be sure to print your boarding passes and bring them with you to the airport. If you are checking in via the mobile app, remember to confirm that the airport supports mobile boarding passes.
