When you book your Ryanair flight through us, you may be required to go through a verification process on the Ryanair website. This process usually involves confirming your identity and providing additional information. According to Ryanair, this customer verification process was implemented for safety and security reasons.
Please note that the airline’s verification process is essential to facilitate the online check-in (either made on your own or made by FRU.pl on your behalf), enable the addition of new services to your booking or assist you in requesting a refund directly from the airline if required.
It's important to mention that not all bookings for Ryanair flights require verification. If your booking is selected by the airline for verification, our customer care team will notify you and provide full assistance with the process at no additional cost.
We kindly advise you to verify your Ryanair account. You can complete this process easily through the Ryanair website or app by following these steps:
Standard Verification: This option uses your signature to verify your Identity Card or Passport. It may take up to 7 days to get the confirmation from the airline and there is no fee involved. If you have a booking with departure in more than 7 days, we encourage you to use this verification method.
Express Verification: This option utilizes facial recognition technology for ID verification and only takes approximately 2 minutes. A minor admin fee of €0.59 is applied by Ryanair and paid directly to the airline. You need to have a valid card in order to finalize the verification. According to Ryanair’s Privacy Policy, both above-mentioned options of verification are possible. Please note that when booking through Vola.ro, you confirmed that you agreed with Ryanair’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
After successfully completing the verification process, you will gain immediate access to your booking. This allows us to continue managing your travel plans on your behalf. You can also do the check-in by yourself or add new services to your booking.
In case you choose not to undergo either verification option, there is still an opportunity to verify your identity at Ryanair’s ticket desk before your departure. Please make sure you arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your departure. However, please be aware that in such cases, additional check-in fees are applied by Ryanair, and you won't be able to manage your booking.

In order to access your booking, you need the following data:
Your airline ticket number (6 characters code available on your flight ticket sent on your email address)
The unique email address we have generated for your booking when we issued the tickets. You can find this email address on your check-in email or you can request it from our consultants via contact page.
To ensure seamless management of your booking, kindly use the unique email address provided in your confirmation paperwork, specifically generated for your reservation. Avoid using your personal email for this purpose.
By using the unique email address, we, as your travel agent, may handle on your behalf and based on your mandate you gave us, various aspects of your booking. For instance, manage your booking in case of flight changes or cancelled flights by the airline.
When you will do the steps of the verification process required by Ryanair, it is possible to be required to provide your personal email so the email used by Vola.bg at the ticketing will be replaced with your personal email address. In this case, we will no longer have access to your booking and we will not receive communications from the airline. If you will use your personal email address, it is your responsibility to inform us about any changes communicated by the airline.

When we receive accurate flight information from Ryanair, we can efficiently manage any associated changes to your flight booking. This includes assisting you in case of flight disruptions or refunds from the airline. Rest assured that we will promptly inform you of any changes that may arise.
The Importance of the Unique Email Address:
To facilitate smooth communication between you, us, and Ryanair, we create a unique email address for your booking. Using this unique email address ensures that all communications come through FRU.pl. If your personal email address were used, we would not receive vital updates from Ryanair.
To perform the check-in, you must first complete the verification process.
If your booking was selected for verification, the online check-in can be made after you finished the verification. In this case, it is possible to lose acces to your booking, therefore you need to make the check-in on your own. The online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. You will be able to download the boarding pass as soon as check-in is available. If you have purchased the automated check-in service from FRU.pl, we will handle the check-in on your behalf. However, please ensure that you complete the verification process well in advance, at least 24 hours before departure. Without completing verification, we won't be able to provide this service.
If you haven't purchased the automated check-in service from FRU.pl, you can proceed with the check-in after finishing the verification process. The check-in process typically opens 24 hours before departure on the airline's website. You'll be able to download your boarding pass once the check-in becomes available.
We recommend you to print the boarding pass before going to the airport.
If you receive the boarding pass from FRU.pl or download it from the airline's website, we recommend printing it. Some airports may not support scanning boarding passes from mobile phones, so a printed document will be required.
In case you fail to complete the verification process or miss the online check-in deadline, please be aware that airport check-in incurs extra costs (55 EUR/GBP per passenger), payable by card only. It is your responsibility to complete the verification and the check-in on time to avoid additional fees at the airport.
