Online check-in for Ryanair

Due to Ryanair's policy, FRU can no longer complete online check-in or issue boarding passes for Ryanair flights.

You must check in directly on the Ryanair website or in the Ryanair app using your Ryanair booking details.

You can find these details in your FRU account under My Bookings → Check-in → Check in on your own.

If you do not complete online check-in before the deadline, Ryanair may charge an airport check-in fee.

Ryanair check-in instructions

Ryanair online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and is available until 2 hours before the scheduled flight time.
Visit the Ryanair website or download the Ryanair app.
Enter your booking details and follow the airline's instructions. Your Ryanair booking details are available in your FRU account. Access your booking here.
Once check-in is complete, your boarding pass will be available in the Ryanair app.
Please note that Ryanair requires digital boarding passes available in the app. Printed boarding passes may no longer be accepted.

Ryanair OTA verification

In some cases, Ryanair may require additional verification before allowing you to check in. This process is handled directly by Ryanair and must be completed on the Ryanair website or in the Ryanair app.

IMPORTANT!

OTA verification may be required whether you booked through FRU or directly with Ryanair.
Until OTA verification is completed, you will not be able to check in online or access your boarding pass.
During the verification process, please use your personal email address. Once your details have been updated, you will be able to manage your booking directly on the Ryanair website or in the Ryanair app.
Vola cannot complete check-in or issue your boarding pass on your behalf.
Online check-in is available only after OTA verification has been completed and no later than 2 hours before departure. Otherwise, Ryanair may charge an airport check-in fee of €55, payable by card only. Please make sure you check in on time.

How do I complete the verification?

You can complete the verification on the Ryanair website or in the Ryanair app using the following link: https://onlineform.ryanair.com/gb/en/customer-verification

You have two options:

Standard verification – Free

Requires you to upload an identity document and your signature.
Processing may take up to 7 days.
Recommended if your flight departs in more than 3 days.

Express verification – Fast, paid

Usually completed within a few minutes using facial recognition.
Fee: €0.59, paid directly to Ryanair.

What happens after verification?

Once you have completed OTA verification:

You can check in online directly on the Ryanair website or in the Ryanair app.
You can manage your booking directly with Ryanair, including adding baggage, selecting seats, or making changes, subject to the airline's rules and availability.
Your boarding pass will be available in the Ryanair app after you complete online check-in.
