How does it work?
- When you find the desired flight in the “Flight search results”, press the Fare Lock button instead of Book.
- You can opt to lock the fare for 24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on your needs.
- We cover price increases of up to 900 zł per passenger and give you your money back if the price decreases.
- Pay for the service on the dedicated page and finalize the booking before the expiration date of the chosen locking period.

When locking the fare, is the flight also guaranteed?
The fare lock option is not a booking and does not guarantee the availability of the flight until the time of booking, but only the best fare.
What happens if there are no seats available on the desired flight after locking in the fare?
If the desired flight is no longer available by the time of booking, the fare lock fee will be refunded.
Can I pay for the booking before the selected fare lock period expires?
Yes, you can pay at any time you want, as long as it is within the selected 24, 48, or 72 hours.
What happens if I don't complete the booking before the fare lock period expires?
If the booking is not completed before the expiration of the fare lock period, you will only pay the fare lock fee, which is non-refundable.
What happens if the flight that I locked the fare for is canceled or postponed by the airline?
After paying for the booking, the airline offers flight options or a refund for the flight. The fare lock fee is not refundable, as the service offered by FRU has been fulfilled.
What about the price of luggage?
The baggage fee is not locked, but you will be able to book it when you return to buy your tickets.
