Payment Methods

How to pay for your booking at FRU.PL

Thank you for using FRU.PL. Please review this page carefully as it provides important information about payment. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact methods on fru.pl/contact.

Credit/debit cards

You can use your credit/debit card to pay directly on www.fru.pl (your information is safe, we use the most advanced encryption technologies available on the market) or via a payment link sent by our consultants after you have made your booking. The travel documents and invoice will be emailed to you after we process your payment.


Attention! If you choose to pay using credit card when making a booking on the website, and if the owner of the credit card is not one of the passengers, or if the booking cost is high, our Call Center Agents may contact you by phone or email for an additional credit card payment verification.

Standard bank transfer

A standard bank transfer can be made to our account in Alior bank. If you own an account in this bank, we recommend using the internal bank transfer option, which will allow us to record your payment with no delay and thus issue your tickets quicker.

Attention! Due to the time of purchase of the reservation or remaining time to flight, in case of some reservations, payment by traditional bank transfer may not be recommended.

In case of an interbank transfer for an amount less than 3 thousand PLN, please send the payment confirmation in PDF format to kontakt@fru.pl to speed up issuing the ticket. If the amount is bigger, we can only issue the tickets after your payment has been recorded on our account.
Remember that foreign bank transfers take much longer to account (up to a week). Please contact us if you wish to place your payment this way.

Online transfer with Przelewy24

The Przelewy24 system allows you to pay for your booking in a quick, and most importantly - secure way. We recommend this payment method, especially for booking low cost carriers' tickets. Thanks to this payment methods your payment will be recorded on our account within 10-15 minutes of its execution, even in the evenings and on weekends.

How to pay via Przelewy24?

  1. Open the booking confirmation email sent to the address you provided during your booking.
  2. in point "2. Make the transfer" you will see a "Przelewy24. Pay now" button. Use it.
  3. You will be redirected to the FRU.PL payment page. Click on "Click and make a transfer".
  4. New page with a list of banks will be displayed. Choose the one in which you have the account with which you wish to pay. Check the box "I have read and accept the terms of Przelewy24".
  5. You will be directed to the selected bank's website. Log in with your account.
  6. A transfer window will appear, where all data necessary to make the transfer will be filled in automatically. Please do not change the information in fields: invoice number, recipient, recipient address, transfer title, amount.
  7. The last step is making the transfer.

Important notice If, within two hours after placing the payment, you will not receive an e-mail and text message confirming the registration of funds in our system, please contact us using contact methods available on our website fru.pl/contact.

PayPal

Users registered with PayPal can use this fast payment system. Since your bank account is linked to an individual PayPal user account, you do not need to complete your details with every transaction. This type of transfer is registered in real time, even in the evenings and on weekends.

Cash payment at the bank

In case of short-term purchases, a cash payment in the bank may be the most convenient. If you go to one of the Alior Bank branches and make a direct payment there, our Customet Care will be able to register it almost immediately and swiftly issue your tickets. When making a cash payment at the bank, please provide the FRU.PL account number, the amount, and fill in the transfer title with the reservation number and passenger name.

When will you receive the e-ticket?

The electronic ticket will be issued after the payment for your reservation has been recorded. Immediately after the ticket is issued, it will be sent to the email address you provided. For the ticket to be issued, your payment has to be recorded before the date indicated on your booking confirmation (date and time)! Lack of payment recorded before the due date may mean that we will not be able to guarantee the price and availability of the tickets you booked. If you are concerned that the chosen payment method will not let the payment to be recorded on time - please choose a different form, allowing to place payments in real time.
